Alice Cooper The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion Concert reviews
Alice Always Delivers
Alice Cooper never disappoints. His music is great and he plays the songs the crowd wants to hear. His stage show is a mix of horror theater and rock music. There are numerous moving parts that keep you interested in just watching the theatrics in addition to the songs. Alice Cooper doesn't waste a lot of time with pointless commentary, he just kept us entertained. The band looked enthused and put on a great performance. I am happy to say that Alice Copper sticks with tradition and has kept the guillotine in his show which is always my favorite part no matter how many times I have seen it. Likewise his new/old guitar player Kane Roberts payed homage to his old flamethrower guitar that has since been copied by other guitarists and bassists but Kane Roberts was the first and the best. Alice, if you are reading this, I would kill (no pun intended) for one last full version of I Love the Dead before you retire! The last time I heard it was at the TLA in Philadelphia in the 80s.
